How long will my order take?

All orders with the exception of Wedding Newspapers (more on that below...) are shipped within 7-10 business days.

Wedding newspapers - when you place an order for newspapers, you're securing your spot in our order book - as we'll only be able to offer a limited number of spaces each month.

After you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation with a link to a digital questionnaire form to gather all of the information for your wedding newspaper so when the time comes for your first draft, we have everything we need to get started.

Your first draft will make it's way to you by email around 3 or 4 weeks before your big day and then once you've had your first look, we'll move quite quickly through the editing and printing process and have them safely on their way to you.

We work through the months in date order, so if you're ordering early to secure your spot for your wedding month - you won't receive your draft right away - it will be ready for you around 3 or 4 weeks before your wedding.

We do this for a couple of reasons - we allow up to five edits per newspaper to make sure its 100% right for you and even with the best plans and intentions....things do and will change on the run up to your wedding, so it's best to leave it as close to the time as possible so you're newspapers are THE perfect detail! But it's also for us to manage our workload, because we have orders into 2026, we need to make sure we can help as every couple each month that we've promised a slot to.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked service at a flat rate of £2.99, so once we ship your item, you'll be able to keep an eye on your email inbox for tracking info. We'll retain proof of postage for 30 days. (For orders outside UK please see the checkout for postal fees)

We'll let you know when your order is on the way and once they're posted, they normally arrive within a day or so.
